Last night I made an awesome meatloaf that was covered in cheese and had onions in it. I also made some quick biscuits from a tube. But my favorite part was the string beans with onions and garlic. It was so awesome.
Tomorrow I want to make breaded eggplant and tofu in alfredo sauce with more local string beans. I'd hate for the string beans to spoil. They are sooo yummy!
